RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Respawn Gaming Tech is here to assist you in any case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to our friendly customer service team before applying for a return/refund, we will assist you further and guide you the way.

CRITERIAS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND:

  1. Did not receive the order

  2. Order received is uncompleted (e.g. missing product / quantity)

  3. Received the wrong product (e.g. different from what is ordered)

  4. Received a damaged, defective product (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered)

  5. Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, could not work as intended)

RETURNS

  1. Customers have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the returned item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that customers have received it.
    • In the original packaging.
    • Must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. All items must be recorded through video for proof.

  4. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met.

  5. If the returned item that does not satisfy the requirements above may not qualify for a refund.

REFUNDS

  1. In any event Respawn Gaming Tech is unable to fulfill the customer’s order, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

  2. In any case customers would like to withdraw or cancel their order due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind) after the order is confirmed and shipped, a refund wont be given.

  3. The process of approval or rejection of your refund will take 3-5 working days and may take longer depending on the situation. If the refund application is approved, Respawn Gaming Tech will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on the payment method this may take 7-14 working days to be processed.

  4. Customers will then receive the credit within a 3-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


REFUNDS FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL ONLY BEGIN PROCESSING ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PHYSICAL RETURN PARCEL AND A QUALITY CHECK IS COMPLETED TO DETERMINE WHETHER TO APPROVE OR REJECT THE RETURN/REFUND REQUESTED
Respawn Gaming Tech reserves the right to deny refund or return request if the items/products do not meet our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.


Warranty Policy

At Respawn Gaming Tech, we stand behind the quality of our gear and services. This policy outlines the coverage provided for your purchases and technical services.

1. Coverage Periods

Your warranty period begins from the date of receiving the product/service.

2. Warranty Terms & Validation

To ensure a fair and efficient process, the following terms apply to all claims:

  • We consider the warranty active only if contact is made with us within the specified warranty period. * Verification: Customers must provide verifiable proof (photos/videos) that the product is defective at the time of contact.

  • Any contact made outside of the warranty period will not be accepted, even if the issue allegedly appeared before the warranty expired.

  • A valid receipt or order ID is required for all claims.


3. Specific Product Policies

Hardware (Mice, Keyboards, IEMs, Switches)

  • What is covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., sensor failure, PCB issues, non-responsive keys).

  • What is NOT covered: Physical damage, liquid damage, "desk rage" impact, or unauthorized disassembly.

Mousepads (Limited Coverage)

Due to the nature of mousepad materials, we are only liable for defects immediately upon unboxing.

  • Eligible Defects: Shattered glass pads, surface tears, or significant visible manufacturing flaws.

  • Claim Window: These must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt. Once a mousepad has been used, it is no longer eligible for a warranty claim.

Service & Repairs (Switch/Encoder Replacement, Cleaning)

  • Coverage: This covers the specific parts replaced and the labor performed by our technicians.

  • Exclusions: Coverage is void if the problem is caused by external factors, human error, or a new hardware fault unrelated to the original service.


4. General Exclusions

The Respawn Gaming Tech warranty is void if:

  1. The product has been modified or repaired by a third party.

  2. The serial number or warranty seal has been removed or tampered with.

  3. The issue is caused by improper maintenance


5. How to File a Claim

If you encounter an issue, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Please include:

  1. Your Order ID/Receipt.

  2. A clear video or photo demonstrating the defect.            

  3. Please include all the original content of the product

  4. Please print out and include your receipt and the RMA form 

  5. Send us the tracking number or picture of the shipment with tracking number.
